Delivery Policy:

   • We are a made to order shop and have a typical turnaround time of around 7 business days. This can vary based on seasonal volume fluctuations. 

2. Shipping Methods:

   • We offer standard shipping. Delivery times and rates will vary based on the the delivery address.

3. Shipping Rates:

   • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery location.

4. Delivery Time:

   • Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, while expedited  Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and other factors.

5. Order Tracking:

   • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.

6. Delivery Issues:

   • Unfortunately we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after it is marked delivered. We do recommend that you purchase priority shipping, as it comes with parcel insurance. That way you will be able to file a claim if missing to make up for the loss.
   • There are multiple scenarios as to why your package is missing, so please do the following before filing a claim:
   • - Check with your neighbors/neighborhood FB page to see if anyone accidentally received your package.
   • - If you can, speak with your carrier to see where they placed your package.
   • - Call your local PO and ask them to get a hold of your carrier to locate the missing package.
   • -Give it a couple of days, it may have been accidentally marked as delivered.
